Landscaping Foreman
Position Description: Larkspur Landscaping is looking for its team foreman. This person is a Landscape Wizard with availability from April through November. Our team lead will head up all larger landscape installations from start to finish, and should have direct experience installing sprinkler systems, fencing, retaining walls and pavers from the ground up. This person needs to be able to lead a team and communicate with our clients. We’ll pay a premium for someone who really knows their stuff! References required.
Compensation: $25-$40/hour based on experience
Ideal Candidate: You are:
PUNCTUAL. Driven and determined to get the job done. Willing to work in any wild weather Colorado throws at you. Understand and can direct a team on the proper use of gardening tools. Can-do attitude. PUNCTUAL. Willing to learn and to teach. Driven towards perfection and client satisfaction.
Can tolerate physical exertion up to 50lbs. At least 2-4+ years of experience. Skilled at communicating. Looking to grow in the garden design space. Did we mention punctual?
Qualifications - The right stuff:
Passion for gardening
Strong preference for experience, 2-4+ years preferred
Strong work ethic
Detail Oriented
DEDICATED.
Must be able to install irrigation systems
Must be able to install sod, pavers, retaining walls
Fencing installation experience a plus
Customer Focused
Must have own transportation

Good communication and time management skills
